Australia Post is experiencing delivery delays at the moment, due to limited flights, social distancing requirements, and increased parcel volumes.

To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19 virus, Australia Post will be asking you the following questions if you are at home:

  1. Are you unwell and if so, have you been or do you have any reason to suspect that you've been exposed to someone diagnosed with or suspected to have the Coronavirus?
  2. Are you in self-isolation due to having had contact with someone with suspected or diagnosed Coronavirus or travelled through mainland China, Iran, Italy or Republic of Korea?

If you answer yes, Australia Post will ask you to stay inside and leave the parcel on the front door for you to collect once our driver has left.
