Cacharel

Born into the Parisian fashion industry in 1932 as the son of a sewing machine salesman, Jean Louis Henri Bousquet launched Cacharel, in 1962.

He marketed the brand as fun, youthful, freedom-loving, and fresh.

His first fragrance, Anais Anais, was launched in 1978, and following its incredible success, Amor Amor was released with the intention to appeal to the youth, as a girl’s first fragrance.

Today the fashion house has seventy-six perfumes to its name and stands as a serious contender in the fragrance industry.
