It is our goal to ensure that your
shopping experience with Perfumery is a pleasant and satisfactory one.
SHIPPING
Perfumery usually dispatches orders on the
same day that they are received (during weekday business hours).
Our orders are shipped using Australia
Post's Registered Parcel delivery service.
Please check our anticipated delivery times
(below) so that you know when to expect your delivery.
Your parcel will require your signature upon
delivery. If you are not at your nominated address when the courier arrives,
the parcel will be returned to your local post office and a second attempt to
deliver will occur the following day (a card should be left informing you of
the attempted delivery). Australia Post will try to deliver your parcel twice.
If you are not going to be at home during
the day, we recommend that you provide a work address (along with the business
name). This will ensure that you receive your perfume faster.
If you haven't received your parcel within 5
days, please contact your local post office.
When your parcel has been dispatched, a
confirmation email will be sent to you.
It is very important that you keep an eye out for your
delivery, because should Australia Post not be able to deliver following
two attempts, your parcel will be held at the post office for 5 days
only. Then it will be returned to us. If delivery cannot occur and
we have to re-ship, a re-shipping charge will apply.
We are happy to ship to Post Office boxes,
but for this to take place we also require a home or business address from you
and a contact phone number that is not a mobile. This is to protect both you
and us from credit card fraud so please do not be offended if we contact you to
verify your details.
DELIVERY
You will receive an email as soon as your
order has been despatched. From this point you can usually expect delivery for
each state as follows:
NSW: Usually
the next business day
VIC: 1-3 business days
QLD: 3-4 business days
SA: 3-4 business days
TAS: 3-4 business days
WA: 5-6 business days
NT: 5-6 business days
CHARGES
Orders $85 and
over are shipped freight free Australia wide.
Orders below $85
incur a $15 freight charge.
RETURNS
All parcels are
dispatched from our warehouse in pristine condition and are carefully packaged
to protect their quality.
Customer
satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. If you are in any way
dissatisfied with the condition of your order on arrival, please contact us as
soon as possible (and no later than 7 days) following receipt of your
package.
If an incorrect
item has been sent by us, we will organise to collect and replace the
item. The perfume must not be opened or tampered with in any way.
When you contact our office we will give you instructions on how to proceed.
If you have
inadvertently ordered the wrong perfume, we will sort this out for you.
