All orders are shipped using Australia Post's Registered Parcel delivery service.
As your parcel will require a signature on delivery, we recommend that you provide a work address along with the business name if you are not going to be home during business hours. This will ensure that you receive your perfume faster. If you are not home when your perfume is delivered, a card will be left informing you that your parcel can be collected from your local post office.
If you haven't received your parcel within 5 days, please contact your local post office.
We are happy to ship to Post Office boxes, but for this to take place we also require a home or business address from you and a contact phone number that is not a mobile. This is to protect both you and us from credit card fraud so please do not be offended if we contact you to verify your details.
DELIVERY
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been despatched. From this point you can usually expect delivery for each state as follows:
NSW: Usually the next business day
VIC: 1-3 business days
QLD: 3-4 business days
SA: 3-4 business days
WA: 5-6 business days
TAS: 5-6 business days
NT: 5-6 business days
Our parcels are delivered by registered post, and must be signed for by you (the purchaser). If you haven't received your parcel within 5 days from order placement, please contact your local post office. It is very important that you keep an eye out for your delivery, because, if it is not collected from the post office within 5 days following 2 delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. If we have to re-ship, a charge will apply.
CHARGES
Orders $85 and over are shipped freight free Australia wide.
Orders below $85 will incur a $15 freight charge.
RETURNS
All perfumes are dispatched from our warehouse in pristine condition, carefully packed to protect their quality.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the condition of your order on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible (and no later than 7 days) after receipt of goods. Please phone 1800 101 052 or email to: orders@perfumery.com.au. We cannot accept for refund or exchange any item that has been incorrectly ordered.
